Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

A 2-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide and how to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. Although ASIST is widely used by healthcare providers, participants do not need any formal training to attend.

Who can attend? 

  • Anyone who has not attended ASIST in the past
  • Anyone who wants a refresher in ASIST

Cost:
$175/person (includes workbook)

Meals:
No beverages or lunch provided. Participants will have 1 hour for lunch.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations within 7 days of training:
No refund will be provided. The registration can be transferred to someone else of your choosing OR transferred to a later date.

For cancellations with more than 7 days’ notice:
A refund will be provided, less an administration fee.

Workshops may be cancelled at the discretion of Thresholds if there are not enough participants to adequately provide the training, or due to inclement weather.
