The Crisis Respite Program offers short-term, voluntary, non-medical residential beds for up to six individuals in crisis or in need of respite, at no cost. As a partner in the larger crisis response system of services, the Crisis Respite Residential Program provides an opportunity for support within an alternative, less intrusive environment that can help to divert a potential emergency visit from hospital.
The Extraordinary Needs Program (ENP) facilitates the transition of individuals with complex mental health and other needs from hospital to the community through coordinated funding provision that focuses on individualized supports reducing over time as the person stabilizes.
Our Housing and Support Services provide individuals with comprehensive longer-term support. Support is based on the individual’s recovery goals which may include domains such as; employment, education, volunteering, recreation or becoming more engaged and integrated in the community.
Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO) is a supportive housing program for people living with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses who may require 24-hour supportive care. Through our team of on-site case managers, in collaboration with support staff provided by the owner-operators of the CHO homes (Daring Residence and Noble Residence), provide direct support coordination, case management services, recreation and individualized support planning to CHO clients.
