Thresholds Homes and Supports is offering a free program to support caregivers to adults with mental health conditions in Waterloo Region, helping caregivers navigate this complex role and build community with caregivers who get it.
Services include one-on-one support, weekly groups, as well as help accessing community resources.
Drop in between 4 PM and 7 PM on October 14 at 298 Lawrence Avenue in Kitchener to meet our Caregiver Support Coordinator and check out where groups are held.
